You do not need to be formal, but these save a round trip: your handle if you have one, roughly when the thing happened, and what you expected instead. If it is about a specific payment, the reference from your dashboard or thank-you page is the fastest way for us to find it.
Please do not send us your password, a one-time code, or a full card number. We will never ask for any of them, and anyone who does is not us.
How long we take
Akasiimo is a small team in Kampala, so this is a promise about honesty rather than speed: if we cannot answer properly straight away we will say so rather than leave you waiting. Anything involving money that has gone missing goes to the front of the queue.
Reporting a page
If a creator page is impersonating somebody, collecting money fraudulently, or hosting something that should not be there, that has its own route: report a page.
